This course is low fee* for residents of Western Australia and temporary residents holding certain visa types. An annual fee cap of $400 for those aged 15-24 or concession holders or $1,200 for everyone else, applies to this course. Some eligibility conditions apply for the low fee training and other fees may apply for some courses. Please refer to the FAQs(opens in a new tab) for more information.

For those working in industry who want to obtain their Automotive Air-Conditioning licence

North Metropolitan TAFE's Automotive workshops are purpose built with the latest automotive and air conditioning equipment to ensure your training in automotive air-conditioning meets current industry standards. 

Successful completion of this skill set will enable you to apply for your Automotive Air Conditioning Licence through Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC).

Units achieved in this skill set will give you credits towards AUR20220 Certificate II in Automotive Air-Conditioning Technology.
