Authorisation for early Pre-Capstone/Capstone assessment

Electrical apprentices who have successfully completed Stages 1–6 of their training and achieved 100% completion of online profiling are eligible to begin their Final (Capstone) Stages.

To maintain currency at the time of final sign-off and Trade Certification, it is recommended that apprentices commence Stages 7 and 8 no earlier than six months prior to their contracted completion date.

Bookings will be scheduled based on the end date listed on the training contract. However, if the employer agrees to an early sign-off of the contract, we can arrange an earlier booking.

Please complete this form to confirm that your apprentice will be released for Pre-Capstone and Capstone assessment where the current contract end date is more than eight months in the future.

Eligibility for 7 and Capstone assessments is impingent on the completion of all the training at TAFE and 100% recorded (hours) in Q Tracker/E Profiler and use of Q Tracker/ E Profiler must be current.
