Join us on a journey of personal and professional growth as we explore leadership strategies and techniques that will set you apart in your field.
Designed for busy professionals, this course will be delivered online or through training for groups of employees, discuss the flexible options available with us.
You'll need to provide documentation showing that you have been working in a leadership or management role for at least two years and have responsibility for a minimum of two team members.

You should be currently working in a leadership or management role with at least two years of leadership experience behind you and you should have responsibility for a minimum of two team members in your role.
TAFE+
This courses is delivered via a facilitated intensive online study path designed for students working in leadership roles who have some skills and experience in this area.
You will progress through the program at a more accelerated pace and can achieve the qualification in as little as 12 months.

A North Metropolitan TAFE Diploma qualifies you for entry into undergraduate degrees at all WA universities.
Upon successful completion of BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management at NMTAFE, you will meet university entrance requirements and may be eligible for advanced standing/ credit into undergraduate Commerce or Business degrees.
The major and minor subjects you choose to study as part of your degree will influence the amount of credit you will be awarded.
Diploma qualifications may be awarded credit for up to 8 units, which is equivalent to a study reduction of 1 year at university.
