Build on your basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
This one day short course will further develop your existing skills and knowledge to enable you to create more effective and productive workbooks. You will learn to maximise the use and efficiency of Microsoft Excel.
In this course you'll cover:
- Formulas and function techniques
- More complex formatting
- Using complex charting features
- Working more effectively with efficient worksheets and workbooks
This workshop includes a copy of the workbook Design and Produce Complex Spreadsheets with the application of MS Excel Office 365.

- Use advanced filtering techniques to get the most out of data
- Use links to automate data within workbooks and worksheets
- Learn how to create spreadsheets more efficiently using a range of techniques including using fill and data sorting functions
- Gain an introduction to logical functions in Excel
- Use a range of formula techniques
- Apply a range of formatting techniques to enhance the look of workbooks
- Apply conditional formatting to ranges in a worksheet
- Sort and filter data in worksheets
- Use a range of techniques to enhance charts
