Keen to dive into the creative world of lighting projection?

This hands-on course gives you the skills to project both still and moving images onto buildings—inside and out—just like the vibrant displays you’ve seen lighting up the city at night.

Over 10 sessions, you’ll learn how to use industry-standard programs to compile and edit visuals and audio, and how to set up, position and operate the gear needed to bring your work to life. Whether you’re looking to boost your event production skills, pick up projection work at festivals and events, or domestic settings, this course is your first step.

  • Source and organise video and audio assets
  • Edit video and audio using industry-standard software
  • Safely set up and operate two types of projectors: fixed and interchangeable lens
  • Plan and execute projections in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations

I have the following attributes:

  • Have a passion for visual arts, events, or creative technology
  • Are confident using computers and software
  • Enjoy working in a team
