Perfect for beginners, hobbyists, or anyone with a flair for fashion, this short course is your gateway into wearable design.
In this energetic six-session course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of screen printing with a focus on four-colour separation techniques - ideal for vibrant, full-colour designs. Working in our spacious textile studio, you’ll experiment with layering, registration, ink mixing, and pulling prints like a pro.
You'll walk away with several finished T-shirts, a working knowledge of the printing process, and a digital portfolio documenting your design and production journey - perfect for showcasing your skills online or launching your apparel dreams.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Dress requirements
You must wear enclosed shoes e.g. sneakers or leather type shoes.
What to bring:
- Waterproof gloves (preferably cotton-lined)
- Face mask
- Two old towels
- 1–2 blank or lightly worn cotton T-shirts (preferably light-coloured, 100% cotton)
- Learn screen printing basics and four-colour separation
- Practise layering, registration, ink mixing, and printing
- Create finished T-shirts and a digital portfolio
- Build skills for creative or business ventures in apparel design
- Creativity and a flair for design
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Enthusiasm for hands-on, practical work
