Whether you are a small company or a large organisation, if you have staff who wish to further develop their leadership skills, email TAFEPlus@nmtafe.wa.edu.au to see about small group training we may be able to deliver.
North Metropolitan TAFE is able to deliver the skills and knowledge required to be a confident and effective leader through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this certificate, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
This skill set will help you learn how to communicate effectively and professionally across a range of contexts. This will involve both oral and written communication.
You'll also develop skills in managing difficult and challenging conversations and how to work towards favourable outcomes.
