North Metropolitan TAFE is able to deliver the skills and knowledge required to be a confident and effective leader through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this certificate, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
This skill set will help you develop your own emotional intelligence and that of others and apply strategies to enable continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
