06 August 2024

We’re thrilled to share that eight of our students and one lecturer have been named finalists in the 30th WA Training Awards today.

NMTAFE has also been recognised as a finalist in the WA Large Training Provider of the Year category.

These annual awards celebrate top achievements in Western Australia’s vocational training sector, with 31 individuals recognised across eight categories and 10 organisations competing in four categories.

This year saw a record number of submissions, surpassing last year's record, and the industry judges praised the standard of applications as 'outstanding.'

Winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony in September, with individual recipients also taking home a $3,000 cash prize.

Congratulations to our fantastic staff and student finalists!
