Learn simple Ayurvedic-inspired massage techniques to promote relaxation and wellbeing
Using techniques inspired by the ancient holistic practice of Ayurveda, you will learn a relaxing massage routine designed to treat the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
In this hands-on course, you will be guided step-by-step by an experienced instructor as you learn and practise each movement. You will have the opportunity to both give and experience the techniques, helping you develop confidence and a practical understanding of the routine.
By the end of the workshop, you will understand how to perform this relaxing service and feel confident incorporating the techniques into your care of Age Care clients in the workplace.
