Looking to build confidence with Microsoft Excel? This Microsoft Excel beginner short course provides practical, hands-on Excel training designed to help you develop essential spreadsheet skills for the workplace.
Whether you're new to Excel or looking to strengthen your foundation, this course will teach you how to use Microsoft Excel efficiently to save time, improve accuracy, and increase workplace productivity.
By the end of this Excel training course, you’ll feel confident using Excel’s core features and applying them in real-world business scenarios.
In this course you'll learn how to:
Create Spreadsheets
- Plan and design a spreadsheet
- Explore style and layout options
- Use automatic functions and apply sheet styles
Use Spreadsheets
- Input and validate data
- Format content and adjust layout
- Apply basic formulas
Produce Charts
- Select appropriate chart types and designs
- Create and modify charts
Finalise Your Work
- Preview, adjust, and print or digitally present spreadsheets and charts
- Apply appropriate naming conventions and storage practices
