This course is low fee* for residents of Western Australia and temporary residents holding certain visa types. An annual fee cap of $400 for those aged 15-24 or concession holders or $1,200 for everyone else, applies to this course. How Apprenticeship

Work in the automotive industry as an automotive electrical technician

You will be required to complete the Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology when you are employed as an apprentice automotive electrical technician. This course will give you a broad range of skills and knowledge to work effectively in the automotive industry servicing, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and components in a range of vehicles.

Automotive students at the Midland campus enjoy quality facilities, including modern vehicles, specialised diagnostic equipment, and fully equipped classrooms and workshops.

The Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology is an apprenticeship; please see the Apprenticeships section for more information.

Important information

This course is an apprenticeship, you must be employed in a training contract by an appropriate organisation to study.
