CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
Build a strong career from the ground up
Gain the skills to safely use carpentry tools and materials to construct pitched roofs and ceiling frames. You'll also learn to lay wooden flooring and interpret plans. On completion you'll be ready to work as a domestic or commercial carpenter.
This course is low fee* for residents of Western Australia and temporary residents holding certain visa types. An annual fee cap of $400 for those aged 15-24 or concession holders or $1,200 for everyone else, applies to this course. Some eligibility conditions apply for the low fee training and other fees may apply for some courses. Please refer to the FAQs(opens in a new tab) for more information.

Do you want to build a strong career from the ground up?
You will gain the knowledge and skills to carry out a range of building and construction tasks; use basic carpentry tools, power tools, carpentry materials; construct a pitched roof, ceiling frame, wooden flooring; interpret plans; and apply work health and safety requirements.
The Certificate III in Carpentry is an apprenticeship; please see the Apprenticeships section for more information.
