This course equips you with the advanced skills and knowledge to take the lead in supervising and coordinating operations within the dynamic horticulture industry. Whether you aspire to

  • oversee large-scale landscaping projects, or 
  • start your own horticulture business, 

this qualification provides the expertise needs to make a lasting impact within the horticulture industry.

Throughout the program, you'll be mentored by expert lecturers who will guide you through managing real-world projects, overseeing budgets, and refining essential leadership skills. You’ll develop a strong foundation in plant identification, soil health assessment, and plant establishment, along with specialist techniques such as amenity pruning and creating stunning plant displays that highlight your creativity and design expertise. Additionally, you’ll gain expertise in pest management, including identifying infestations, defining pest problems, and planning effective control measures
The course also strengthens your ability to write technical reports, equipping you with the communication skills essential for leadership roles in the industry.
