Timetables

Accessing your timetable

Your timetable will be available when:

  • Your fees have been paid in full, or
  • Your first instalment has been processed, or
  • Your student loan has been set up, or
  • We have received a Request to Invoice form from your fee sponsor (if your fees are being paid by a third party).

Some courses allocate classes at orientation, such as courses with industry placements or multiple class groups. If this applies to your course, your timetable will not be available until after orientation.

How to view your timetable

Before you begin, activate your Microsoft 365 account

There are two easy ways to view your timetable:

Option 1
Quick Access Timetable

Log in and select any week within the semester date range.

You can switch between day, week or month views.

The Quick Access Timetable is the best way to view your timetable for the entire semester and check future classes.

Option 2
Microsoft 365 Outlook
  1. Log in to Microsoft 365
  2. Open Outlook and select Calendar
  3. Navigate to the first week of semester
  4. Your classes will appear in your calendar.

Please check your timetable regularly as class times, locations and other details may change.
