Through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, North Metropolitan TAFE is able to deliver the skills and knowledge required for effective team management, business relationship management and influential leadership. You'll be equipped with the skills to communicate effectively, drive performance and innovation and achieve organisational goals.

Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this diploma qualification, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible for the Diploma of Leadership and Management.

If you have already completed a diploma in a relevant discipline, such as Business or a related field, please contact us to discuss possible credits for your previous study and you could add the Diploma of Leadership and Management to your CV in a shorter time frame.

You'll gain the skills needed to enable you to make informed financial decisions, allocate resources effectively, and manage and monitor budgets to achieve organisational financial objectives as a leader within the organisation.  The skill set includes planning and implementing financial management approaches and supporting and evaluating effective financial management.
