Music

Our music programs have a fine history of producing great music talent, with acts like Downsyde, Birds of Tokyo, Ruby Boots, Georgie K and Karnivool studying our courses. Our lecturers are also prominent WA music industry figures and, through their years of experience, you will gain an insight into all aspects of the music industry and take advantage of their industry networks.

We offer courses in Music Studies, Sound Production and Music Business, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills, including performance, composition, song writing, lighting, sound production, equipment maintenance, mixing, editing and post- production, and management. You will also gain knowledge of how the music industry works, how to develop and promote yourself as an artist/performer and gain insights into the management of your creative work.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include a live performance venue, two fully equipped recording studios, rehearsal studios, fully equipped Mac labs designed for music production and a music management office, as well as our own record label.
