This skill set will help you build essential spray painting skills that could lead to an apprenticeship in Furniture Finishing.
Throughout this course, you’ll learn how to apply surface coatings using a handheld spray gun, working with materials like solid timber, manufactured boards, and metal. You’ll get hands-on experience with plural component coatings, including polyurethane, polyester, and acid-catalysed finishes. These skills are in demand across the industry.
There are no licensing requirements, so you can focus on building your skills and confidence in a practical, supportive environment.
Upon successful completion you'll have a strong foundation in spray painting and surface finishing, helping you take the next step toward a rewarding career in the furniture industry.
