You’ll learn step by step how to use common software tools, communicate online, and create basic digital content. The emphasis is on developing confidence, independence, and practical skills that support work, study, and daily tasks.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Use word processing and spreadsheet software (such as Word and Excel) for everyday tasks.
